drenched in the rain again
bitter and sour
the drops strained the body
frustrated and exhausted
the little body in a tempest

the wind woke the senses
the real the hurt unveiled
its time to let go
oppressive and jaded
the little body in a tempest

a hand extended and warmth
washed over the little body
oh child please dont cry
grateful and comforted
the sheltered body in a tempest

frustration washed away
exhaustion flushed away
no more moods
but smile and laughters
no more burdens
but gifts and surprises

this path will do great
when God closes a door
he opens a new window
so full of love and happiness
